bodybuilding.muscle-building-exercises.com I’m sure you’ve heard that there’s no instant, quick-fire way to a bigger, more massive build. Well, there really isn’t! We’re not here to tell you that you can get your dream body overnight, but we can give you safe and effective ways to achieve quick muscle gain to help you reach your goal faster and more efficiently. Always start out with a goal. If you think you’re too skinny for your height and you want to add more muscle to that frame, think about how much weight you want to gain and how “muscular” you’d like to be. Are you more after the model type, the athletic type or the body builder type? One to two pounds of muscle a week can be gained naturally with the right diet, exercise, focus, and determination. Eat right. We’re not saying junk food isn’t allowed. But you have to eat less of these and more of proteins for a healthy and quick muscle building. Proteins contribute greatly to muscle movement and build up. Having more fish, meat and egg white in your diet can help you grow bigger and healthier. Increase your calorie intake each week as you grow bigger until you reach your goal. Make sure that you don’t go hungry. Add about 5 grams of creatine monohydrate to your diet. Creatine is a muscle building supplement that’s been proven to be safe and effective. Quick muscle gain involves more core movement exercises.
